This site is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts and collects no personal information. Links to Vercel and GitHub take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

The software

OpenInstinct is open source software that you deploy into your own Vercel account. Merit Systems does not operate your deployment and has no access to it. Your conversations, saved logins, payment methods and memory live in the database, Blob store and services provisioned under your account.

Vault values are encrypted with a key generated in your private Blob store. Deleting the Vercel project and its connected stores removes everything the software holds.

Third party services

A deployment uses Vercel, Kernel, Neon, Linq and the model providers you select through AI Gateway, plus Google if you connect it. Each of those services processes data under its own terms and under the account you used to provision it.
